מכתב לדיוויד בלאט מ- Aveda
Shalom David,
I’m so pleased to have the opportunity to reach you.
My name is Aveda, I’m 74, and I was diagnosed with MS 12 years ago, tho’ judging by the symptoms, I’ve had it for much longer and didn’t know.
I was put on a light form of chemo in order to depress the immune system.
The quality of my life went down to zero and I stopped taking the pills on my own initiative.
I asked my daughter who has a Ph.d in immunology to find me an alternative.
The result saved me.
On diagnosis I was in a state of being unable to walk a few steps.
12 years later ( I am a graduate of Wingate), I teach gym classes to the elderly, I continue to run my International folk dance group, and I am a potter and continue to shlepp my pots to an arts and crafts fair every Friday.
How did that come about?
I went to a homeopath, (he’s originally a MD), who literally gave me my life back.
I take all kinds of supplements, try to limit my intake of chemicals, and live a healthy nutritious life, which I’m sure you do anyway.
Should you wish to know more about him (I’ve only been to see him 3 times in all these years) feel free to call me for details. He’s not the only one, but beware of quacks, there is an abundance of them.
I wish you all the very best, and just know that it’s possible to live very well with the cards we’ve been dealt with.
